Monthly guild event suggestions!

Well I think with some work something like this could actually be successful. I'd like the people in charge to give me a few pointers and perhaps a green light on this, so we can start planing the event and have it in motion as soon as work and polish allow us.
Again, anyone willing to pitch in please do so, as help would be greatly appritiated.
