Nothing set in stone really. We don't have activity or attendance rules, as we sport the belief that Real Life > WoW.
However, when I do my regular roster cleanups, whoever is new to the guild, and hasn't logged on for more than 2 months without informing us of any planned long absence (in other words, suddenly disappears without a trace), I usually remove from the guild.
I like a clean roster
