* On an empty dwarvish farm - There's Arathi Highlands
* On an empty Gilnean city - Gilneas of course!
* On an empty Gilnean Mansion - Greymane Manor
* On a night elf hold - Feathermoon Stronghold

I visited all of those and I vote for Feathermoon Stronghold. The Inn seems just like a perfect place for us to gather (with the no-no of having no booze for sell). It has a nice view, a cozy "house" with tables and stools and beds and a wide balcony with some tables too.
