On a more serious note, I have been on quite a few realms in my playtime (including shattered hand, now officially a swedish server) and the one thing I noticed every time is that there are loads of guilds who spam their recruitment in the channel, get loads of members, get out to raid and that's it. No talking, hanging out whatsoever. So it's kind of become a sport for me to find the guilds that actually take time for eachother outside of the whole gear/raid/dps/honor system and do what most slackers would do, hang out with eachother...
Seeing as I love hanging out somewhere, I'm glad to have been welcomed this way ^^
