Earlier today, with the weekly maintenance on EU servers, players discovered that converting WoW Tokens to Blizzard Battle.net balance has been disabled in the region. The option to add 30 days of game time is not affected.
Since then, Blizzard's customer support has acknowledged that there is an issue preventing accounts from converting WoW Tokens to Battle.net Balance even though they should be eligible to do so. Until the problem is resolved, it is recommended to refrain from purchasing WoW Tokens with gold.
Update: The bug has been fixed.
