Tin Can Levelling

So for once in my life I'm seriously determined to take an alt above level 20 (boredom at 70 had a part in the play too).

So my love is getting directed toward my warrior who's 18 at the moment.

Are there any fast levelling guides around that work? I want to reduce the drag of 20 - 60 as much as I can, so finding the optimum tried and tested quest chain will make my life less miserable.
