No point in over-speccing a mac... cant play games on them, and all the good CAD software works better on PC boxes with *nix.
Seriously, if you can burn 18k, go down your local PC shop, get them to do it by hand in front of you... Or get something silly from alienware.
Also... 4 HDDs is a touch OTT.
