I just found a useful alternative to the WoW Armoury. It's less flashy, faster, caches results in case the armoury is down and scores your armoury gear (not really useful for most people but it can be used to judge what instances you should be capable (give or take your own skill level, obviously)).

It's also easy to change the address to access whatever you want, just add the following:

/(EU|US)//

then the tabs are:

/g - Guild
/s - Skills
/r - Rep
/t - Talents
/a - Arena

So for instance, my skills list is:

Yep, it's gear score, can show up grey, green, blue, purple or orange.

Grey = Normal Instances,
Green = Heroics,
Blue = Kara/Gruul/Maggi
Purple = Zul/SSC/TK
Orange = T6 stuff...

Aaaand I've only just realised one of my trinkets is a healing item. D'oh! Ah well both need replacing anyway. Anyone know of any good Lock trinkets outside of PvP?
