I suspect that this is going to go make people just go "screw this" and not bother with the leveling. I won't lie, I'm highly unlikely to get all three of my pandas to 110 any time soon, if ever.

Well I'm currently working on having a character of each class at 110 (long goal I know) which includes a Panda Priest and a Draenai Shammy (and possibly a Draenai Pally if I can spare the money for a faction change at some point) so that might help.

But yeah annoying that I got my Priest to 90 and Honoured only a few hours before the patch.
