Some kind of a celebratory event for Sven, according to the forum.
Here, have a Thelarwen, scantily clad (she has removed her helm) jumping out of a cake (or more likely, the putrid carcass of a recently-felled abomination) and singing "Happy Birthday to You" (this is actually okay, as Thel has been known to sing pretty well).
