Well, perhaps there is some logic to it...

Maybe you cracked the ribs while fighting the boar, and thus can't loot em...
Would also explain missing eyes, ears, heads, etc... They all kinda got smashed, thorn, poked and such while fighting the mob?
I have no particular talent... but I'm fun to be around :cherwina:

That's the logic I've always used. Or tried to. There are times when I've looted stuff that I was surprised survived being incinerated/slashed/whatever, pristine
animal hides and the like. How are they still pristine after I crispy fried the owner?
