How about first sunday of june, which would be the sixth? Or is that too short a notice and should we set it on the second sunday?

Btw, sorry I haven't been around this week, gametime ran out and I haven't had time to drive down to the city to get a new card and I hardly doubt they sell them here.

Yeah, sixth isn't so good for me - got a meeting with some other guild leaders. Second Sunday might be better as there's more time to prepare, etc.

Say 7 server time? It's late enough for most people to be home, but it's still daytime ingame.

Perhaps Dips is willing to post on the mg forums? (I'm relying on your "reputation" to promote this event since Syrah has transferred and nobody ever heard of my priest)

Basically a beach party at the Tanaris beach (I'm thinking a bit south of Steemwheedle port)

There is no real preparation needed for this since it's a BYO.

Tell people to bring romantic picnic baskets, keg stands and anything they think will suit a beach party.
Cooking supplies to have a bbq on the campfires are always welcome as well.

Tell em to dress the part too. So no full armor or tuxedo's please. Come casual or in beach-attire
