Fireworks were a nice touch

Ok in summary these are the things happening so far (some are still being discussed):
March - Mithril Guard
Cooking Contest - Mithril Guard, can be co-hosted
Dress the Dwarf - Mithril Guard
Turtle Racing - Need druids and a hunter from TGU to host this
Heat-Stricken-Lock-Down - need a warlock's help for this one
Fistfight / silly item fight: Need a guild to host this, this year dragonbreath chilli and other fiery breath effects permitted.
Minigame Galore: romantic picnic umbrellas in line, guilds hosting one small minigame under each, it could be anything from lucky dice to quiz - need hosts for this

Other things suggested:
Fishing contest
Tonk wars
Spoof gameshow-like thing
These are yet unhosted and of course you can add to the list! remember, think fiery!

You can add the RnP @ the faire to your list.
I'll work out the details in the other thread

have there been any updates on the schedule for this?
I'd like to make a roster for people to work and it seems the mayority would prefer to work the times in between other events

Schedule so far is:
-Opening welcome speech, participating guilds parade through main road, Mithril Guard comes last and does the march instead of parade.
-Silly Duels (in need of a hosting guild)
-Turtle Racing
-Heat-Stricken-Lock-Down (in need of a warlock and presenter assistant)
-Minigames Galore + small break
-Cooking Competition
-Spoof Gameshow (in need of a hosting guild)
-Fireworks show + brazier dancing + Closing speech

Some games might have to be cancelled due to lack of hosts, if so Fishing competition and Tonk Wars can replace them.

Hur hur we had an awesome time! The march went great, as did the Silly Duels!
Cooking Show and Turtle races were great too, and the RnP bar and various minigames kept non-main participants entertained. All in all an excellent faire, with 0 major disruptions which is a great thing!
