Guild meeting(s)!

Okee, time to organise one of these. I'll kick around some ideas, but I'm like the idea of a sunday night (before or after something weekly) as these are usually peak times.

Once I've set a time, then I'll pop some up in the calendar for regular times. What would you all think best - every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, monthly?

This'll stop me forgetting or slacking off

Monthly seems the most logical choice in my opinion, seeing as having them too frequent may ruin the turnout of people, they might think "I can just go to the next one instead" or something like that. Plus the meetings would become a lot shorter (which is bad in my opinion) due to less stuff to talk about.

Gergel would make a speech every time so that would cover an hour or two.

I agree with Lil. Once per month should be enough. Plus we do have random events we attend as a guild, like the Pub or something organized by other guilds. Soooo... once per month sounds fine!
