Scan have been fine apart from a few delays (mostly because of Christmas). They gave me a bunch of things to test, gave me an RMA number the same day but because of Christmas they've only been able to process it the past week and a bit and it failed there tests and is currently either at or on it's way to ASUS for a direct replacement as ASUS no longer distribute that particular model of motherboard in the UK anymore.
Yes, it's taken longer than I'd have liked but then I'd have preferred it not to die mid december :/
