There is a nice lake up in the mountains to the south of Zul'Gurub, only accessible by flying mount though but I guess summons wouldn't be a problem if there are locks about too.
Also I wont be there due to skiing that week.

I found a completely empty cave system under silithus. 99.9% chance of being uninterupted. The entrance would be suitable, with sea views!
