South of it, in the middle of the Twisting Nether. Easiest way is to fly north from the Throne of Kil'jaden, is sat on a tiny island.

I thought it would be better than that. Its leaning way too much to one side. Not much of a spot to gather up people unless we sit on the rock that holds the ship.
