I still not 100% sure of the ins and outs of cross realm zones.

I know Pandaria and Stormwind are not affected but I've been to Dalaran, Goldshire, Ironforge and most other Eastern Kingdoms zones and see people from DMF and SWC all the time. Just before MOP hit Dalaran was very busy again.

In theory therefore we should be able to join this parrrrrrtay in Westfall - I can't remember if the tower is affected by phasing though.

I put it on the calendar early so people can plan outfits and such.

If anyone knows better, please let me know!

Sentinel Hill is phased if memory serves, so no idea if that'll affect anythang.

It's definitely phased.

Pre-Van Cleef revealed (nice and shineh) and post Vanessa (destroyed and burning).

Oh I know Sentinel hill is phased but I don't think that extends all the way to this tower.

Checking Mortwake's tower on Mikola just has some level 13 elite thugs outside. The posters on the Defias Brotherhood forum claim that the tower is only phased when you are on a specific pre Deadmines quest.

I shall just take Claresta (who has done no new quests in Westfall) with a friend who has and see what happens.

No, that tower I don't think it does.

Only phases while you're on that sniper quest.
