nah it's not the gearing and leveling that is the problem... I think many of the members are too much in love with their mains to take this seriously enough, of course there may and probably are other resons too...

No, it is the leveling.

I do arse all when I'm on my "mains" anyway, I just don't like grouping for quests much at all really. I like to do things in a certain order, guess I'm weird and fussy like that.

Tortoo has quit as guild leader, which begs the question why should anyone else bother if the leader cant, well ive no idea, but i offered to take over, see what happens see if anything can be done to save a good idea.
