Is your timezone set correctly?
User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> My timezone
User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> Summer Time/DST is in effect
User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> My timezone

Yup, all good. UTC and daylight savings switched on.

Hm, weird, forum database thinks you have DST turned off.
I set my own preferences to UTC and DST. I'm now seeing:
Try setting DST to off, saving, then setting DST to on again and saving.
